Two large area rugs were returned in excellent condition . One was a hand knotted wool Persian and the other a machine made wool carpet. Both look like new... vibrant and beautiful colours

Ja-Doc Inglis has understood and been able to accommodated my need as a business (daycare centre) for many years by scheduling my carpet cleaning for Saturday mornings in order to allow drying time before reopening for business on Monday. Because they use a powerful truck mount carpet cleaning system, they are able to remove (suction out) the majority of the moisture from the carpets and accelerate the drying time, which is important to me. They do a great job removing carpet stains and I have been very satisfied with their overall service. I would definitely recommend them to other business owners and families.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Brent and Bun today.
They arrived on time.
They took care with the house and belongings.
They were very professional and knowledgeable.
Brent explained process and options and cost.
Brent worked extra hard to get out stains on two chairs and a lamp shade using different products.
Brent offered to return if one of the pet stains does not disappear after it dries.
I would recommend these gentlemen and Inglis without reservation.

This company has been cleaning my carpets (fixed carpet and area rug) for over 15 years and never once have I been disappointed! I have entrusted my beautiful british indian rug to them three times so far and the results have always been the same: Perfect!
They were here last weekend to clean the carpet on my open steps and in my basement. Brent Cleroux, their home carpet specialist, did a great job! Judging by beautiful the results I can see in my house, I'm very happy I never got to see the colour of the wash water!

Unfortunately, I have reason to be disappointed in JaDoc Inglis. I have an oriental rug which has been badly disfigured by an unknown process carried out by this firm. They made an effort to correct, but I am left with dark shadows and discolouration on a rug which had a cream ground. They deny responsibility. They state on their web site that they do a 17 point inspection prior to treating a rug. This does not happen. Beware!

Thank you for the review, but regrettable you felt this was necessary. I appreciate you posting an image as this helped identify the rug so that I could answer appropriately. As you are aware, we attempted to resolve the PERCEIVED issue with this rug for months after the service at significant expense to us. Ultimately, this rug had passed through the hands and eyes of Doug Mair of Oriental Rug Services, Angus McCulloch of the Canadian Rug Traders and Sam Dhawri, formerly of Taba Rug Gallery. Each of these non-biased professionals had agreed that the rug was in pristine condition and that the abrash (natural and variable changes in colour) was the way the rug was supposed to look. You had spoken with Angus on numerous occasions yourself as we were attempting to give you an expert opinion that wasn't self-interested. I regret to discover that despite four separate expert opinions and a refund for the services provided, that you still felt this was necessary to create this review. - Jason Selkirk; General Manager
