We had requested an appointment and were very happy when they showed up exactly on time. Wayne was courteous and friendly. He went straight to work and was done very quickly. All the carpets look new. We would definately use Roto-Static again.

good cleaning job and pleasant employee

the pad that whirls around seems to disintigrate somewhat and leaves bits of material lying on the carpet. not a lot, but enough that it is noticeable.

Pleased with your employee and cleaning. have used the process back in the 80's in Mississauga.

my only comment would be the pad that twirls around, disintegrates somewhat, leaving small bits of the material on the carpets, not a lot, but enough that it is noticeable.
