I recently had Roto-Static clean my 9X12 livingroom area rug. I am not too pleased. The rug wasn't vacuumed to remove any dirt, etc. It was sprayed and then a machine with a mat under it was used. All this time the gentleman was walking all over the wet rug with his street shoes. He should have used shoe covers to remove as he stepped off of the rug. Consequently I had to wash my kitchen and front hallway tiles for footsteps after he left. not impressed. I'll return to Service Master in the future.

We used this service to clean our entire house before we moved in. The house had dog stains (vomit) on the carpets, all through the living-room, the stairs and the bedrooms. The difference was astounding, all the stains are gone ! The carpet looks amazing.
Our service was provided by Rod, who was very friendly and able to give me a rough quote over the phone. We were able to book a time on short notice and working with a busy schedule as well. Great service! Would definitely use again and recommend!!
