I showed up to my appointment an hour earlier to do my paperwork and was told that they had given my appointment time to someone else, stating that I had not confirmed my appointment, when I actually did confirm it online. It stated online that my appointment was confirmed. When I shared that information with them they said they have had a lot of problems with the confirmations from online and there's nothing that they can do. My response was why send a link by text message if it does not work properly. I never received a phone call from them like they said they would so I called them confirming it myself and the lady at the desk hung up on me. I tried calling back several times right after she hung up on me, but no one picked up the phone. They just let the phone ring. I called back at least 4 times that day back to back. No answer. This was a week before the appointment. When I showed up they said I would have to reschedule my appointment because they tried to call me, which was not true at all. No voicemail or missed call from them on my phone. They wanted me to wait another two months before I could be seen to check my eyes. I can't wait another two months when my glasses are messed up. That was one thing I mentioned when I had made the appointment with them before they gave my appointment away to someone else. I guess they think you don't need an appointment if you call to schedule to have your eyes checked so you can get updated glasses to keep your eyes healthy. Customer service is a joke in Winchester Va. This place is a waste of your time. You're not guaranteed an appointment with them.
