Asked to pay in FULL up front, very friendly service, but once the installers showed up it wasn't very friendly. When removing the old carpet they damaged the walls and paint. Not just a few minor scratches either. The new carpet installed was sloppy and the transitions to doors all had remains that needed to be cut off.
On the stairs the installer broke his gun and so they couldn't finish. Had to come back multiple times.
They may be cheep but the so is the quality, service, and reliability of the installers. Will try Burritt Brothers Carpet next time instead.

We paid for one product and got another. Dream Carpet showed us a product and promised us that all of the pieces would look like the sample. In the end, the floors looked completely different as the product we were given had all different types of colours, sizes of planks, and wasn't what we were expecting at all. The service of the Dream Carpet store was poor, hostile when we asked questions and for a breakdown of the quotation and they didn't get back to us. That being said, they were the cheapest by far and the install person (Wilco Floors) did a very good job and we were happy with him.
Make sure you get to see a whole box of the product that they order for you before committing yourself.

I got one floor of my whole house, except for the kitchen and bathrooms carpeted by Dream Carpets.
I removed the old carpet and renailed the entire floor.
Good job on the install! It took one day.
We moved all the furniture into the kitchen and outside onto the carport, for the day.
I was completely satisfied with the installation, although I didn't like the colour or design of the carpet.
It was picked out by my wife, so I love the carpet now.

800 sq ft of carpet to lay how long? 9 hours for 2 guys who couldn't get it right and its still not right. They are not skilled whatsoever. Ashook the Sales man won't phone back, ownership wont phone back. No pee on seat but no flush !!!!! Carpet has an extra seam in it - a 6x6 sqft piece stuck in the corner. Carpet pulling up not stretched or pulled properly coming up at tile edge. I am about to pay a visit next will let you know.Unbelievable. Sorry but terrible people as well.

This was one of the worst places for customer service. Once we paid the amount for the carpets, the service was horrific. Issues included significantly scratching newly painted walls throughout the installation, breaking electrical outlets, not following requests, peeing all over toilet seat, leaving their lunch garbage througout and not returning keys.
When we tried to discuss with them, they bascially didn't care whatsoever and didn't try to make the slightest attempt at ammends.
Do yourself a favor and don't even consider steping foot in this facility.

My goodness, never mind the terrible service but the fact that they were disgustingly piggy about peeing all over? Just plain gross in my books!!
