Great service! Really helped me out; I've had foot pain for a few years and it's practically gone now! The staff were very helpful and managed to get me an appointment at the perfect time. Shoutout to Dawn.! Would recommend!

I would not recommend this office to anyone who uses a wheelchair or has limited mobility.

My grandmother has been a patient here for years, but this was my first time bringing her. The parking lot is extremely tight, and I could not find a safe accessible route from the parking lot to the entrance.

It was raining, and I had to help my grandmother out of her wheelchair so she could hold onto the wall while I lifted the wheelchair onto the sidewalk. I then had to help her back into it before struggling through two separate entrance doors, neither of which had an automatic accessibility button.

This entire ordeal caused us to arrive late. Rather than anyone asking whether my grandmother was okay or acknowledging the accessibility issue, the first thing we were told was that they would “try to work us back into the schedule.”

While waiting, I also watched another gentleman struggle with the entrance, and during that time, no employee came out to assist him.

The lack of accessibility is concerning for any medical office, but particularly for a foot-care practice that serves older adults and patients with mobility limitations. What disappointed me most was the lack of empathy after patients were clearly struggling. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone with mobility limitations confirm the accessibility arrangements before scheduling here.

The staff is great, and the doctor has a great bed side manner as well as very knowledgeable.

The staff is always friendly. Dr. Mucinskas is very knowledgeable and treats me with respect and takes care of my feet with a gentle touch. I highly recommend him.
