Hello! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to make an exception for Seth!

Seth was absolutely wonderful! Knowing it was my first time there, he took the time to show me around and help me become familiar with the place. He truly made my experience what it was. He was pleasant, polite, and incredibly friendly. As I was leaving, I even made a point to commend him on his outstanding attitude and encouraged him to NEVER CHANGE!

As for the service itself, everything was quick and smooth. The only downside was that it was a bit pricier than I’m used to, but I understand that pricing can vary depending on the area.

Overall, it was a great experience, and Seth deserves recognition for the way he treats people. Excellent customer service goes a long way, and he certainly delivered!

Riley really came in clutch for my first vehicle purchase. I ended up buying a 2026 Mazda3 and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I started by emailing a bunch of dealerships to get their best OTD quotes, and Riley was competitive right from the start. Miguel, the internet manager, was great to work with - responsive, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel pressured. In fact, I never got an email or call unless I reached out first, which I really appreciated.

What stood out to me most was how transparent everything was. The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid, 1:1. No surprises, no last-minute changes, and no unnecessary back-and-forth. They also respected my decisions and didn't try to push any add-ons on me.

Once I decided to move forward, they made the process really easy. They got my credit approval and insurance docs sorted out beforehand, so when I came in, everything was basically ready to go. I was in and out in about 1.25 hours, which was awesome.

Miguel also handled the handoff really well. He was there throughout the process, answered all my random questions, and never seemed annoyed or rushed. As a first-time buyer, that made a big difference. Buying a car for the first time can definitely be intimidating, but they treated me with respect and made me feel like I was in control of the deal.

Also, shoutout to Dave, the general manager. He was equally hospitable, understanding, and chill.

The dealership itself was clean, everyone I interacted with was friendly, and overall it was just a really smooth, pressure-free experience.

My only suggestion for improvement: SWAG! 😂 I would have loved to leave with some Mazda swag, but even without it, the crew and the dealership easily earned five stars.

I'd definitely recommend Riley to anyone shopping for a Mazda, especially first-time buyers. Do your homework and get your OTD quotes, but definitely give Riley a chance to earn your business. They earned mine.

Just purchased a brand new 2025 Mazda CX5 from Riley Mazda and the experience couldn’t have been any better. Working with Curtis Riley and Hunter Smith was an absolute pleasure. I originally called weeks ago to gather general information on the Mazda CX5 to help me in my decision process to purchase a new vehicle. I explained that I was in no hurry, would be shopping around and would get back with them once I determined what I wanted to do. They never pressured me to make the purchase. They allowed me to go at my own pace. After deciding the Mazda CX5 would provide me the most options and value in its price range vs competitors my decision was made. I called on a Monday and told them which trim package and options I wanted. They didn’t have a match on their lot, but within minutes located one at another dealership and were able to acquire it for me. Two days later, I’m driving the vehicle off their lot. The price and their professionalism couldn’t be beat. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a no pressure, professionally run, organized dealership that will deliver great service.
