I had such a great experience at Classic Mazda of Mentor and working with Product Specialist Phil when purchasing my 2024 Mazda CX-5! The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Phil was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. He made the experience fun and comfortable, and I never felt pressured into purchasing the vehicle or adding any unnecessary add ons. This has been the best 1st time car buying experience ever! Christian sold me my car and has made the entire experience so easy! The car I wanted needed serviced so they took it in and got it all fixed before I bought it. When I got to buying day, I was made aware that Brandon fought on the phones all day with banks trying to get me the best deals. Javier in finance was amazing at negotiating and getting me a warranty that fit my budget and needs. The car I got needed worked on for sensors and Andy in services got me where I needed to be and made all of the appointments for me! Car was detailed and washed amazingly, and a full tank of gas when I bought it! They even offered to wash my car after my servicing! I can't thank this dealership enough for making the entire "car buying experience" this easy for me! I will definitely be back in the future:)

I have given this 3 months sense I purchased my car to make this. I am genuinely happy and impressed with my new mazdas performance and drivability. with its normal automatic 6 speed trans, awd, and it's g-vectoring for cornering! as I traded in a 2020 Kia with a Cvt transmission and a bunch of other issues that made that car feel cheap, which I wasn't happy with at all.. it's a night and day difference between the 2 vehicles! Not to mention the service department is very kind and informative. I get excited everytime I drive my car still and it's 3 months in, which is well past the honeymoon phase of a car. It's just a fantastic brand! Thank you James for getting me in a new car!

Jesus was my salesperson, and he is hands‑down the best sales professional I’ve ever worked with at a dealership. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed in a vehicle and matched me with the right CX‑90 instead of trying to simply “sell” me something on the lot. His product knowledge is outstanding. He walked me through features, trims, and options in a way that was easy to understand, and he answered every question honestly. What really stood out was his attitude: friendly, patient, and focused on making sure my family and I were completely comfortable with our choice. If you’re going to Classic Mazda, do yourself a favor and ask for Jesus.

The sales manager, Bob, was also fantastic. You can tell he truly cares about the customer experience from start to finish. He checked in throughout the process, made sure numbers were transparent, and worked with the team to keep everything smooth and efficient. It never felt like a “typical” high‑pressure dealership environment; instead, it felt like they genuinely wanted us to leave happy in the right vehicle.
Pete in finance wrapped everything up perfectly. He’s a no‑nonsense, straight‑to‑the‑point guy with a ton of experience, and it shows. When it came time to go over warranties and extras, there was absolutely zero pressure – more of a “here’s what’s available, take it or leave it” approach. He explained each option clearly, answered questions, and respected every decision I made. That alone took a lot of stress out of the final steps.
