We had contractors in our house for a major reno, and needed hardwood for a specific deadline. We looked at 5 stores on Hamilton Mountain, also went to the 'Depot' then 'Lows' before going to this store. We arrived 2 minutes before he closed, but sales person Paul stayed open late for us to show us the floor options. He had a bigger selection of walnut than the other stores, ranging from lower priced to higher priced, and also some beautiful luxury stuff - Mirage, milled in Canada (which we loved). We ordered it, and he made sure it arrived on time - actually it was early. We did not use their installers since we had our own contractors, but our new Canadian milled walnut floor is stunning. He also showed us some area rugs ... we weren't shopping for carpets, but some were extremely beautiful. Very nice store and service - recommend.

After reading the first posting, we were a little wary but took a leap of faith and went with Aladdin to carpet our lower level. Are we ever glad we did!! They offered a much better price than quoted elsewhere for the exact same product, and their service was excellent.

Besides great price and service, we have to say that their professional installers were outstanding! Their quality of work and attention to detail are miles above what we have experienced with previous carpet installations.

Just can't say enough about our positive experience with Aladdin carpets....they are the best!

these guys are princes

it is not often you find people that have the knowledge of; and love their business as these guys do.

if you are looking for $1.50 a square foot, wear out in a month quality, keep driving out to the big box stores.

If you are willing to spend a little more for quality and experienced design help, I heartily recomend Aladdin. This is the third time in 5 years we have bought rugs here and have never been disapointed with the quality, service or price.

I went to this location in the hopes of carpeting my new home and buying several rugs. I arrived close to 6 pm. The doors were open and the open sign was on.
I was told that they do not sell to the public. I said why are you advertising in your window. He said the economy is so bad they would take money from anyone even someone like me. He proceeded to tell me he is not interested in my business and to get out he wanted to close.
We left. I would not put a penny into their pockets. I will spend double the amount anywhere else.
I can imagine what his policy is for customer satisfaction .... NONE!
Do not go there, do not shop there. He needs to understand that the customer has a right to being treated with a bit of respect and dignity. Any business needs consumers.
