Food and service is good, hell if youre a car totally go! But semis DO NOT PARK too many huge pot holes, definitely has the capability to flip truck and the Baskin Robins is basically closed. 2 stars, definitely can do better

When entering the parking lot I recommend using a hover craft or helicopter so you can miss the pot holes that are so big it looks like a war took place here. If busting your oil pan in the parking lot wasn't good enough when you go to use the bathroom in the main building just be prepared because there are germs that are currently unknown to science. The entire building looked like the last time it was cleaned was the week it was built. I've been driving for a long time and I understand you can't keep things brand new but this takes the word "DAMN" to a whole new level. I took these pictures on 07/27/2026 just for referance of anyone actually reading this review. I did try to call about the bathroom situation (the parking lot has been like this for almost 10 years so just use to that one) but don't worry Petro/TA make sure you are unable to speak to any human and can not submit pictures online. Not trying to be a Karen this is just plan discussing.

U can have the best amenities for a driver, but image says everything, this parking lot is absolutely disgusting! Not only is it tearing up the truck just by idling by driving across the lot, but even walking is a hazard. Absolutely ridiculous!!! The pics don't even do it justice, just a small sample of the entire parking lot just filled with craters.

Welp, another TA/Petro in the toilet. I typically run I-40 and know not to stop at the TA at mm260 in Arkansas. Here's another one thats bad! Toilets in the men's and women's bathrooms are sat so low that wiping your a$$ is difficult. My husband said it was difficult for him as a tall man. At least tgey took that guy's advice on the orange cones for that big holes in the road. No air conditioner in the whole building except the bathrooms. The pet area hasn't been touched and the lawn hasn't mowed in weeks. The restaurant was ok but charging almost $5.00 for a cup of coffee with your meal and eating in the heat 🥵. Its the last time I'll be eating here.

Best maintained dog park in the tri state area! See photo! Whole place is really dumpy, if you want to see what truck stops looked like 40 years ago take the exit because this is a relic. Does have a really good Pizza Hut counter!
