This place is a joke. Went in at 8:30 in the morning and was told 6 trucks ahead of me and it would be a 4-6hr wait. At 4pm ( after watching more than 6 trucks get serviced ) they tell me to pull into bay 2. I get there and then was told it's not my turn even though I went in and saw I was next. Told to back up and somehow another truck was ahead of me... BS! This shop clearly thinks some drivers time is more important than others. Don't waste your time or money here

I came to get a tire changed on my car hauler, but they couldn’t even lift the trailer with a jack. I wasted three hours just to be told, “We can’t lift your trailer…” Google, please add the option to give negative ratings. I would give this service a minus five-star rating.

I came all the way from Laramie to get my truck's alignment done. I called them beforehand and asked if they could do the alignment on my truck, and they said yes, come on over, we'll do it. I drove for an hour from Laramie to get there, and then they said they couldn't do it today. I told them I had called them beforehand and they had said to come, that they would do it. They wasted an hour of my time and also wasted my fuel. I was very angry. The lady at the counter and the mechanic in the back are not good. I am not happy with their service. They waste customers' time. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Perusal sad... Ridiculously terrible potholes, the bathroom area of the whole store smells like sewage, b as the showers are very small. The associates seem to be helpful and understanding thankfully everything else sucks, as usual, understand.

They charge for a jump start applied in a shop that it's illegall.
They have the explanation in their billing system such as "order jump start for a parking lot" or on a side performed job. Period.
They do illegal charges in a meaning nobody asks.
It's very, very BAD business please.
PS: What documents are you waiting for if I already spoke to the T/A Customer Service, and they got all the information needed???. Plus, they got the invoice. What else do you need please???
