Prior to Ryan coming to help me I had three different agents that tried to sell my house in the last three years. Ryan actually called me after I took my house off the MLS listing and was interested in talking with me about selling my house. I was pretty disappointed by the other three agents and I was ready to just leave it off the market when he called. I am glad I met with him because within a week he had 3 people come look at my house. I had 3 offers and I actually sold my house in about 7 days! I am thoroughly pleased what he has done. He has always taken an interest in making sure things were done appropriately ,all the paperwork and made sure the people that were buying my house were qualified. I have been totally pleased and if I had known about him 3 years ago I would have already had my house sold!
