Working for Synergy has been a blessing. They respond to my questions and concerns quickly, check in to see how everything is going, are very professional, and were great in the hiring process. I had my early questions answered during a phone call were the position was discussed in detail and I was told what would be expected of me. Truly a great company to work for and with.

I've been working with Synergy for approximately a year and a half, and so far it has been a great experience. The staff are warm and welcoming, and are quick to tend to your need of any questions you have. They are relaxed, but at the same time very responsive to actions.
They tend to strive to make improvements to the work environment and look towards obtaining the best benefits as possible.
One of the best contracting organizations I have worked for to date, and I've been contracting with the Federal Government for just over ten years now. - Give them a try. -

I have been working under a Synergy contract for a couple of years and it has been a truly wonderful experience. My experience with them has been so much better than previous companies that I have worked with. They are very responsive, administer my contract extremely well, and everything seems so open and honest, a far cry from the secrecy of the last contract company I worked through. It is truly a pleasure to work with Syngery.
