We believe health starts at the foundations with things such as what you eat and your lifestyle (moving frequently, getting enough sleep, managing stress, connections with others). We also know that disease is complicated - and so cherry pick the best from wherever we can find it, combining the experience of thousands of years of natural medicine with the very latest high tech scientific insights. We use gentle and more natural therapies like foods, nutrients, and herbal medicines whenever we can, but don't shy away from drugs and more aggressive therapies when they're called for. Read more
