I called in a few places to get a quote for a trailer hitch to be put on my van. I called 2 different places till i called hitch city. The amount of information that i recieved compared to the other 2 places was like night and day. We ended up ordering parts over the phone as the sales rep knew exactly what i needed. They called the next morning saying all my parts have arrived and they are ready for install!! Less then 24 freaking hours! I had my van equipped with a class 3 hitch and bike rack all installed within 2 hours of hanging out doing some work in their lounge area. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for hitches and car and truck accessories.

I had Hitch City do my boat trailer hitch and electrics in 2009. I put my boat into storage in late October 2014 and the trailer lights didn't work. I suspected that the module had gone. Hitch City were busy doing snow removal company work and said the appointment would be 6 weeks. In April 2015, I phoned to make the appointment and was told to bring it any time that was convenient. I took the car the next day and told them, I suspected it might be the module although there didn't appear to be any power at the module. They checked the wire from the battery and found a section that had split and corroded the core. This section was replaced, the wire re-routed in about 20 minutes. Not only did the NOT CHARGE ME, they gave me a cover for my tow bar! Not often you come across service like this. Thanks Hitch City, Mississauga.
