I'VE GIVEN THIS STORE ENOUGH CHANCES for delivery service. Items are always ruined, damaged, out of date or I don't receive my items at all. This time wasn't just a few things. It was most of my order. All my cold items. I was told they would get a driver to deliver the rest and that it would be 30 minutes.
It was LONGER. This is after the several long wait times on the phone. So I tried getting a refund for them and a few dry items that I didn't know I didn't receive because I was focused on the obvious missing items. It was denied. While some arrived.. I should've been able to get the other stuff. From delivery to the long wait time to even talk to customer service or for them to handle any issues. From now on I'm just going to get delivery orders from. ShopRite and Walmart. ShopRite has NEVER messed up. Walmart fixes their mistakes and their main issue is that the drivers steal any left over bags when you leave them at the door to bag.
Vineland Acme is incompetent when it comes to delivery.

Edit: This online delivery order I placed today was the worst due to the driver who took 46 minutes to get to my house. I live 5-7 minutes away. Even with severe traffic it wouldn't take 46 minutes. Inexcusable. All my cold stuff is ruined. So much for the ice cream cake for my son's birthday. I could've baked a cake in as much time as it took that incompetent driver to deliver my stuff. Wtf. But my son wanted his ice cream cake.

This place is either a hit or miss. Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it's absolutely horrible. Placed an online order for Christmas Eve. I needed pretzels for pretzel bites. They sometimes make a tray with pretzel bites in the bakery but the app said it was out of stock. But the 2ct pretzels were in stock. So I ordered 6 of those and we're going to break them apart myself. It showed that the employee was shopping my order and only had the pretzels left. Showed it for awhile. So I thought bakery had to bag them. Because I know for a fact they get delivered to the bakery in a box. If they were out of stock for this too, during this long wait of "shopping for order" for that one item left...the shopper should've messaged or called me and told me and asked if I wanted something else. Like other stores do. But that didn't happen. I got a message and it was immediately without any time to respond stated that I the was out of of stock and my order was complete. I immediately tried calling the store. Four times. There was no answer. Customer service didn't even answer the phone until the fourth time I called and after awhile. I talked to the shopper and she said they don't usually get much time for us to answer. That it was too late to substitute. When I've experienced differently before with the waiting time. Then I talked to management who was worse. After I received the rest of my order 2 items were damaged. The brownies were a complete mess. Especially to present on a holiday. The meatballs had a hole in the bag. Wtf? Oh and the honey mustard was expired. Happy Christmas Eve to me.....NOT!!!!!!!!!!
WATCH YOUR ITEMS. ASK FOR SUBSTITUTIONS. There was plenty of time before my order had to be delivered that I could've asked. Especially when there was a long wait time when you were just shopping for one more item, the item you didn't have. It's really not that hard. Thanks for making my holiday more difficult! 😡

Not a single check-out open with a person. I left my what would have been my purchases with the person that said they could help me at a self checkout. Like I'm to stupid to use a self check-out. I just refuse to use one. If you want my business get a cashier working. I will not be coming back after 9:00 am.

Clean, comfortable, normal store. The "Home style' decorated cakes were adorable. Prices are a little higher than other grocery stores but less crowded so it depends of its worth the cost to you for ease of shopping.
