I tried the online order process with Plymouth where it said the 2nd online purchase I would get $40.00 off.
My first experience went very bad 1/2 my stuff was missing, my other items were substitute with twice the cost and my pepperoni was mold and green.
When we called the store about the missing items they told us to come back and get rain checks. Okay bad experience now I thought Okay I have a $40.00 credit let's try this again, now when I go to do my online purchase there is NO $40.00 credit I had to call corporate after spending over an hour on the phone with them they tell me the offer expired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING ONLINE ORDERING!! if you have a closer shopping center I recommend matching pricing with them.
I will be posting this to everyone Shaws until it's resolved!!!

We had a last-minute request for a custom English bulldog cake—certainly not an easy task! Sadly, our sweet dog wasn't going to make it to his 13th birthday this weekend, but we still wanted him to have his special celebration before we had to say goodbye.
I cannot say enough about how incredible the cake turned out. My daughter even remarked that it looked better than the inspiration pictures we found on Pinterest! We are so grateful to the bakery team, and especially the manager Adam who took on the design challenge. Pulling this off on such short notice made our last day with our best friend just a little brighter.
Hondo, enjoyed every bite!

Avie shopped my order today. She was amazing. I am doing an event and needed particular flowers, the ones I needed were not available. She called and we discussed what was available and she made wonderful choices. She went above and beyond and needs to be recognized for it. Thank you!

There's a short heavyset guy with glasses frequently in the store that pushes a large blue cart around and is always slumped over like he hates being there. He's incredibly rude as well as dismissive when you try to ask him where to find certain products. I understand bad days happen but this is unacceptable. Won't be back
