Horrible service. I honestly would have to call these people 3 -4 times and leave several messages before I would hear back from them, say 2 to 3 weeks later. I'm not kidding. Really hard to plan a wedding when you have nobody to talk to. When I wanted to go and look at the facility (whitemud creek community center) a month before my wedding (I had already had it booked and paid for a YEAR), they tried to charge me $15 for a "viewing fee"!! Yeah right!
It took them months to give me back my $1000 damage deposit and I had to call them and bug them for it! I think it's their plan to see if people "forget" about it so they can keep it. Also, they won't tell you if the pond will be working or not.
Don't get me wrong, my wedding day was perfect, but dealing with these guys was awful.
