Much more clean and organized than the previous Vons. Helpful staff and efficient crew in the pharmacy. My go to for shopping, delivery, and pharmacy. 💯🙏🏼🥰

I’m really not sure why everyone at this pharmacy is so rude. Their customer service is abysmal on their best days. I have to call in a prescription refill every month and I get so much anxiety because I know they are going to act annoyed that I called, put out that they have to answer my questions and will go out of their way to delay filling my prescription. I’ve really never experienced anything like it. I’m always incredibly nice and have never once had a pleasant experience here. I wish someone actually read these reviews and cared enough to do something.

Let me start off by saying The pharmacist are always so nice and have excellent customer service. But the ladies in the front are always so rude every time I have to call. I wish you guys would give some better training or find employees that will like their job. So frustrating as customer to deal with rude unprofessional people.

Quoted 20 minutes for my medication to be ready (it had been sent over hours before) - took over an hour to be filled. The female pharmacist with the black curly hair was kind enough to quote me an additional 20 minutes after I’d already waited 45 (sarcasm - she was rude and condescending). I then had the pleasure of waiting behind six other customers to pick it up because no one could be bothered to walk into the waiting room (where she asked me to wait and told me someone would come get me when it was ready). The woman that processed my payment was courteous and respectful - maybe she could teach the abrasive pharmacist some customer service skills.

After being a customer here for years I will not be returning. Do them a favor and don’t go here - they are clearly too busy to handle their workload.

Without getting into the story. I just hope a staff member reads this….people who come to you for prescriptions are in pain and in need. Treat them with respect and dignity, it’s the least you could do. This is the second time my experience with Vons/Pavillions Pharmacy staff members was condescending and rude. Clearly the pharmacy is not ran efficiently, but don’t take your frustration out on customers. Please start answering phone calls, and again, treat people with respect; especially when mistakes are made on your end.
