I have been a long time customer And I’ve always been treated with courtesy and respect. Also have found many treasures there.

I had some old jewelry I never wear and I figured I would cash it in. I went to several pawn shops in the area and I found that Sandy at Affordable Pawn & Loan gave me the best price, she was very pleasant and very professional.
I also noticed they have some unique
pieces of jewelry and when I have a little more time, I'm going to go back!

These people were so rude and cruel. Making fun of my aunt and saying they have more money then her and laughing at her for trying to pawn her items. The items were Gucci, Versace, Louis Vuitton. All we said was okay thank you, but please don't do business with these heartless people who make fun of their OWN customers!!! God bless them, may they find peace and blessings. I just want the customers to know how highly they speak of the ones who are supporting their business. Karma is real, and no one should be kicked while they are down. I am truly disgusted.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this establishment. I purchased 2 bikes from this place one for me and one for my wife., Not even 30 days of occasional use and my wife’s bike gears completely twisted, locking the bike tire and free speeding the pedals causing her to fall and scraping her knees and legs upon falling on the road. I took the bike back to the store and spoke to the owners and it was completely dismissed with no honoring of any possible exchange. ( I am aware that purchase in these stores are final BUT knowing that the bike was not safe to ride the owner could of made an exception since someone got hurt during the 30 day period it would of been the honorable thing to do.)
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING IN THIS STORE,IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND YOUR MONEY.
