The food at our daughters wedding was amazing. We got so many compliments during the evening and later. The portions were plentiful, the staff was very efficient and very professional. We were a bit worried about how things would fall into place since all the food had to be prepared offsite and brought to our venue. Everything was set up beautifully and on time. The staff also did a wonderful job packing up and cleaning up at the end of the night. Thank you for making our wedding a memorable one. I have already recommended you to many people, and will keep you in mind for any future events.

just wanted to write you to tell you thank you very much for what an amazing job you did on Saturday for our wedding. I have had a huge amount of our guests compliment how great the food was. The appetizers were a hit and everyone said that they were stuffed. The lat night pizza station was also loved. We certainly lucked in when we searched online for a local caterer and discovered Ida's kitchen. We wanted to celebrate a milestone birthday this August at our home and not be worried about preparing , serving and cleaning up afterward, so that we could focus on our guests and the celebration. The food was amazing, our chef and server were beyond helpful and competent. More about the food ... Ida gave us excellent advice and we had a tasting menu of 12 different dishes which would satisfy any and all dietary issues , needs and preferences. The quality, taste and presentation was absolutely all that we hoped for and the caring, attentive , respectful and unobtrusive service capped off a truly memorable day. Months later, several of our friends still remark upon how much they enjoyed the food on that occasion.

From the start to finish, getting a quote, picking menu, costs and breakdown, explaining how her staff would help us, to the day they arrived, throughout the whole evening....everything exceeded my expectations. Ida's Kitchen cater our wedding on July 11th 2015 and did a remarkable job. Unlike other caterers, when I asked for a quote she broke down all the costs, including servers and rentals.
Her food is outstanding! The salmon and morrocan chicken were out of this world as were the amazing salads. The mini grill cheese with tomato bisque was also a hit.
Ida was so helpful in the planning process, easy to get a hold of and extremely accommodating to our needs as well as budget. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Our guests, many whom are foodie types raved about the meal.

Ida catered my hubby's 50th birthday party over the weekend, and helped to make this an extra special event. She and her partner were very friendly and helpful in helping us set up the food, and giving good advice on how to serve it. The food was delicious and suited all the various needs of our guests. Ida and her staff catered our party over the weekend.
From the time I met her I felt comfortable with her. As I had little knowledge at preparing for a reception.
Ida did it all for me. She thought of things I never thought off.
Obviously she has a lot of experience.
I rented hall,tables and chairs Ida and her staff did the rest. I had no worries. Even cleaning up afterwards.
The food was excellent also mentioned by my Guests. Good presentation. Hors D'oeuvres terrific and lots of them. She did two special plates without garlic for friends allergic to it.

Ida recently catered an event for our family. The food Ida provides suits all palates. Her menu is widely varied and and dishes can be easily modified to meet your catering needs. Ida catered our wedding event, which actually consisted of two events (one, full buffet-style dinner family ceremony and one cocktail-style party for our friends). Prior to both events Ida was sure to confirm every last tiny detail with us including rentals, staff hours, timing of courses, etc. We were nothing but confident that everything would turn out fantastic the day of. And it did. Food was delicious, staff members were friendly and professional, and both evenings ran exactly according to schedule, smoothly and without issues.

We just celebrated our daughters engagement party this past weekend. I found Ida's Kitchen online and read the reviews looked at her menus and decided to go with this company. I cant begin to tell you how fantastic the event was. Ida's food was incredible, the staff she provided for our event were the best. The girls that served were so efficient, and so kind to our guests making sure everyone had enough food. We have had so much feedback from our guests about how delicious the catering was, as one friend said "you can cater my events anytime". We have hired Ida to cater our tent/backyard wedding this summer and we couldn't make a better choice!
Ida and her staffing coordinator were extremely helpful, met with us when needed and even came to the wedding's location prior to the event.
And now to the day itself:
Her staff is extremely professional! From the second they arrived on scene they have worked in a very organized manner. Their customer service skills were wonderful. It was mentioned by many of my guests after the wedding. They kept asking the guest if they want more wine and in general were extremely polite.
The food was delicious! Starting from the appetizers to the main course. We have received many compliments from the guests and had many requests for Ida's contact information.
Also important to note, that her staff cleaned everything after the wedding! We didn't have to clean anything from the preparation area
In conclusion, I will defiantly use Ida in future events!!

My partner and I decided a week before our 50th birthday party to also throw a surprise wedding into the mix. All of a sudden that meant going from chips and dip and veggie trays to something a little more upscale. I read the reviews for Ida's kitchen on-line, crossed my fingers and decided to go for it. Ida was very helpful with her suggestions and the food was delicious! We ordered appetizers for 120 people and everyone at the party loved them. I couldn't believe how amazing everything was especially on such short notice. Ida's catering absolutely made our impromptu wedding the special evening it deserved to be!

Our experience with Ida’s kitchen was perfect from start to finish. Ida listened to all of our wants and concerns during our meetings and was able to lend her expertise towards a number of decisions. Her and her staffing manager were extremely professional and were both present the day of the wedding to ensure everything went smoothly. You don’t get this individual attention and care from larger caterers. Ida takes great care and pride in her business and you can trust her to deliver excellent food and service.
We enjoyed the personal touches that the staff added to our Cake and Head Table as we did not have a lot of our own decor. All of our guests enjoyed the cocktail hour and buffet. The sliders were large and the Shrimp cakes were a hit. The salads were delicious along with the rest of the buffet. Many of our guests told us it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding and we’ve not had a bad comment from anyone. Ida also let us bring in a few of our own ethnic Tamil Sri Lanken appetizers. Ida’s team made a nice presentation and served it during our cocktail hour. The staff were very attentive and professional and never in the way during the dinner service. They followed all of our instructions to a tee. They also helped pack our alcohol and décor at the end of night. We had a hard close and we were very grateful at how fast they worked. Overall I would highly recommend Ida’s kitchen. The value and quality of service is by far the best we’ve seen.

What can I say....
My partner and I hired Ida and her wonderful staff for our wedding just two weekends ago. We decided to go for a cocktail party theme. After much research we came up with Ida's Kitchen, and were thoroughly excited. From our first consultation I knew her passion for food, love for people would translate and completely incorporate the type of service we were looking for, for our special day.
We could not be more spot on, every detail was beautiful! I must say every moment of our wedding was done to perfection because of Ida and her staff. Both my partner Amber and I have been involved in the food industry for the last ten years, travelled across the country and abroad and have never experienced such passion for food and service as Ida and her staff provided. The natural ability every staff member had in interacting with guest made the night more enjoyable and for that we are truely thankful. Every guest had the same thing to say, the most delicious food, service with attention to detail, magnificent! You don’t get this individual attention and care from larger caterers. Ida takes great care and pride in her business and you can trust her to deliver excellent food and service.
We enjoyed the personal touches that the staff added to our Cake and Head Table as we did not have a lot of our own decor. All of our guests enjoyed the cocktail hour and buffet. The sliders were large and the Shrimp cakes were a hit. The salads were delicious along with the rest of the buffet. Many of our guests told us it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding and we’ve not had a bad comment from anyone. Ida also let us bring in a few of our own ethnic Tamil Sri Lanken appetizers. Ida’s team made a nice presentation and served it during our cocktail hour. The staff were very attentive and professional and never in the way during the dinner service. They followed all of our instructions to a tee. They also helped pack our alcohol and décor at the end of night. We had a hard close and we were very grateful at how fast they worked. Overall I would highly recommend Ida’s kitchen. The value and quality of service is by far the best we’ve seen.

Ida and her wonderful staff catered our wedding this past weekend. We have nothing but great things to say about the food! We have had comments upon comments about how great everything tasted. Ida is friendly, courteous and easy to work with. She responds to your emails quickly and works with you to help you plan exactly what you want for your special occasion. What can I say....
My partner and I hired Ida and her wonderful staff for our wedding just two weekends ago. We decided to go for a cocktail party theme. After much research we came up with Ida's Kitchen, and were thoroughly excited. From our first consultation I knew her passion for food, love for people would translate and completely incorporate the type of service we were looking for, for our special day.
We could not be more spot on, every detail was beautiful! I must say every moment of our wedding was done to perfection because of Ida and her staff. Both my partner Amber and I have been involved in the food industry for the last ten years, travelled across the country and abroad and have never experienced such passion for food and service as Ida and her staff provided. The natural ability every staff member had in interacting with guest made the night more enjoyable and for that we are truely thankful. Every guest had the same thing to say, the most delicious food, service with attention to detail, magnificent! I really look forward to the next time we get to have another night with Ida and her staff. If it could get any better I would be in heaven, Well done Ida's Kitchen. All the Best!

Ida's Kitchen catered for my daughters Bat Mitzvah. The food was so flippin good. Can we order a life time supply for perogies? Delicious and beautiful food. Good presentation. Good prices and worth every penny. And the staff worked very hard, were clean cut, professional.

Ida's Kitchen has consistently provided us with excellent food and excellent service. Ida catered my birthday event years ago and from then on she has been catering all of our corporate events. She is always pushing the envelope with creative and innovative flavors and ideas. I would absolutely recommend Ida's kitchen.
