Similar to later reviews. Call, text, email—didn’t show up. Left project undone. Paid for AV on project, created change orders never signed. Had to get Lutron corporate involved; Lutron advised very similar. HVAC contractor Hendricks also advised time and time again, pulling teeth to show up for jobs or reply. Unfortunate.

TruMedia helped my wife and I with all of our AV work after moving into our new home. They got us great prices on 2 flatscreen TVs, mounts, and WiFi equipment. They mounted all of our TVs perfectly. The experience has been great and we plan to use TruMedia for all of our future AV needs.

TruMedia hung a Samsung FrameTV for me. They were respectful, helpful, paid attention to detail, and cared about the results. I’m looking forward to using them again for my next A/V or smart home project.

Amanda and Ponch installed a whole house antenna a few years back at our home. We had an "oopsie" with the cable to the antenna over Christmas Break, and they were out to fix it within hours of my plea for help. Ponch went above and beyond to help our church complete our Worship Space Renewal Project. Ponch and the guys who came to install our new TVs and equipment were so helpful and came up with creative solutions for our church. We are so grateful for their time, effort, and expertise.
