Ordered my phone Aug 14th, ups shipping it, they attempted to deliver it the 17th. I wasent home so I didnt get it because I was suppose to sign off. They are suppose to attempt 3 times. I needed up having to call up to my local ups because it said they were holding it. Everyone there was clueless and ended up telling me my package was at CVS. Should not have been this hard to get my package.

Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes for their only notary to finish with a shipping customer, while other employees stood around uselessly. After he finished with the shipping customer he walked off without saying a word to deal with a customer who came in after me. Definitely would not recommend.

James was a huge help. I clicked the wrong option on the return and I needed to have my own shipping label in my own box, Which I didn’t have. And I also had forgotten my debit card at work so I didn’t have any way to pay for the box and label and he still took care of the return for me. 10 out of 10 customer service.

I’ve been to this UPS Store several times, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions and make the process quick and easy. The store is also very clean and well organized, which makes it a pleasant place to visit. At least the times I’ve been there, everyone has been professional and kind. I definitely recommend this location and will continue coming back.
