We entered this Village Inn about 10:30 am on July 18, 2020. We were seated rather quickly however; we waited 10 minutes for the waitress to even acknowledge us. She seemed to be showing another waitress what to do and just ignored her own customers. There were three us. All three orders were wrong, wrong sides with the egg entree's. I ordered sausage gravy and biscuit. I was given a biscuit with cinnamon sprinkled on it along with some pan gravy WITHOUT sausage. I then asked the waitress for sausage gravy and she brought me a small sausage patty. Again, I asked her for SAUSAGE GRAVY, this time I received a small bowl of what appeared to be sausage gravy, but it was COLD. I received a business card from David Tebbe, GM and told to report our experience here. He didn't even care that we were having a very bad experience at HIS establishment.
