That sells rep has no idea about tires . And really bad service on top .

Wasted my time driving looking for this place only to meet an A-hole rep. I was prepared to buy 3 sets of 4 winter tires , planning early before the rush. Stay away from this place. It does not take much to be nice to people. This guy will get cursed and karma will hit hard.

The guy has no compassion and no manners, he is an A** H**le . 5 family members bought tires from him, we went back, we bought another set, but it was the wrong tires, so we went back 30 minutes later, the guy would not return them.... Oh well, this is how it is done in eastern europe I guess.... customer service!!! WOW....

Poor customer service. Stay away, there are lots of other option. The staff are rude and don't have manners.

ÉVITER À TOUT PRIX!! Pire expérience! Je suis allé faire changer mes pneus avec eux en décembre dernier. Peu de temps après lors d'un balancement au concessionnaire, on me mentionne que la barrure de mes pneus ont été brisées/fendues. Quand j'ai rappeler au Super tires pour demander des explications on m'a repondu qu'ils ne feraient rien et que ce n'était pas leur problème!

Got my tires 2 winters ago. Like brand new still. It's not even worth taking them off for the summer. Best investment I ever made.
At the price I paid I'll just replace them every 5 years and save the money swapping between seasons.
I travel 60 kilometers each day mostly highway.

I bought a set of new tires Royal Black and they are as good as many well known brands. I totally recommend!
