Sold me a replacement phone without giving me the full details of what it does. Realized after buying that it won't even play a ringtone without speakers crackling. Called Bell and was told that it was defective and to take it back to the store to do a Dead on Arrival...took it back to the store and was told "That is an emergency use only phone" Then why didn't someone explain this to me when they recommended it?! Very unpleasant saleswoman, got the feeling that once you're out the door and they have their comission on the sale that's the end of the "Service". Was told I could get a credit if I wanted to resign for antoher three years (suuuure) or I could buy out my contract for $300 with 18 months to go...My wife and I are locked into a bad three year contract (which was good when we signed, but the market has opened up a bit more now) and can't wait to get out to go with Koodo as they offer more pick and choose packages and the tab system...
