We got new front door and new sliding glass door from Brock. We love the finished product. They have a great selection to choose from the salesman was great in helping us choose and the installers were fantastic. Very good at what they do. Would recommend them to anybody.

I couldn't be more satisfied. The sales man was very professional and personable. He thoroughly explained the options and did not try to pressure me into higher priced selections or doing more than my budget could afford at the time. The quotes came back very quickly and were very easy to understand.
The gentleman who came to take the measurements and do the installation was equally professional and personable, as was his assistant.
The work was done on time, tidy and the windows look great!

We were extremely please with the entire experience from start to finish with Brock Doors and Windows.
We needed to replace the entry and patio doors on our home. We heard about Brock Doors and windows and decided to give them a try.
The meeting with the sales representative (Brian) was a delight. He knows his 'stuff'. He was patient and he guided us through the process in a professional manner.
The installation team was great. They completed the work in a timely manner and left the site clean.
We would recommend Brock Doors and Windows to friends and family.

Our Complex recently awarded Brock Doors and Windows the contract to install brand new doors for the entire complex. We completed faze 1, qty of 13 doors and they look fantastic! The onsite staff were very cordial and kind throughout with each homeowner. The job was completed very quickly and efficiently. We did however have an issue reinstalling the original screen doors but B.D.W.'s are working diligently with our Property Management Team to resolve this concern and proper steps are being made. I would definitely recommended this team for any freehold home or Condo Town-home.

My Backdoor Lock Broke and Brock Doors and Windows was called. They sent out a tech to fix it ( NICK ) HE arrived on time. was very pleasant, fix everything quickly.... no mess . no fuss..... had a great sense of humour...... I will be requesting him everytime from now on.......

I hired Brock Doors and windows for work worth over $23,000 and regret it ever since. The quality of the windows hopelessly bad, incomplete installation, arrogant and threatening garage door installer. It has been awful experience. I'm sure you will find a company that is more reputable. Brock salesman will promise you the moon and the stars....nothing to show for. I could have saved so much stress had I done my research

The installers were very good. They called ahead and arrived on time. Professional, answered all questions without hesitation, tidy about the work site, conscious of an animal in the house. The doors are beautiful and really improve the look of the entrance of the house. I am very happy with this product and Brock Doors. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. I anticipate that in the unlikely event that there is a problem in the future with this product that Brock will resolve any issues as promptly and as professionally as the purchase and installation have been.

We have had Brock Doors and Windows in twice to replace our windows - first 4 windows on the top floor then, a year later 4 on the main level and 4 in the basement. Both times we have been very impressed with the professional and helpful sales rep, Dorian Ciupac, as well as the professional crews who did the work. They worked quickly and efficiently and left the house as clean as possible, given the amount of dust window installation can stir up! Our windows look beautiful and we are more than pleased about how well the work.

We ordered a sliding door from Brock Doors and Windows to replace an existing door. The installation was professional and efficient. They came when they said they were coming. The installers were friendly and very qualified and talented at their job. Our door is beautiful, and the room is much warmer now that we have a new door. Great experience from the outset. Tony came to assess needs and took the time to explain the merits of the products, left a great impression. Came out to write up order and installer came out shortly to take measurements. Held off on ordering for 2 weeks and delivery time changed dramatically - longer wait, but Tony had warned me about peak in fall orders. Installers were fantastic, clean, fast and knowledgable. Got a new door insert, 3 replacement windows and they cut in a new window and (interior) garage door in less than 2.5 days. Very pleased! Having another window replaced in January.

Having used Brock for 3 other projects (3 ground floor windows, front door, 2 patio sliding doors) over the past 8 years our first call was naturally to them when it came to replacing a small basement window. Brian was as usual prompt and knowledgeable, and installation by Colin was timely and professional.
I hate to admit it, but we don't even get competitive quotes anymore, given the comfort level we have built up dealing with Brock, no amount of savings could be worth it!
