Fitness depot delivered Free Motion treadmill that had a failed motor.
A repair attempt resulted in a blow up of the main circuit board.
After inumerable and phone calls, It has now been three months and we still have the broken machine that has neither been repaired or replaced.
STAY AWAY FROM FITNESS DEPOT.

Bought item with four years of warranty.

When it comes to trying to get repair.
Its been since June I am still out of a work out machine and its mid Sept.

Do not purchase from them. No help what so ever. Do not purchase warranty as well.

I called ahead to the Etobicoke location to enquire about a spin bike. I was informed that they are no longer carrying the Schwinn but offered an alternative. I was able to view the bike on-line and read the stats on it and discussed with one of the sales staff. He assured me they are very similar with very little differences. I was pleased that the alternative would be cheaper. I asked if they had any instore - No - when would they be getting more in. He then mentioned that I need to go in ... prepay and head office would deliver. I went in to the Etobicoke location and discussed futher in person and was reassured that I need to purchase the equipment first before delivery would be made. So I did. I was informed my order would arrive in three days time. This has yet to happen. When I called to find out if my order was in ... I was told no and maybe some time next week. This certainly is not what I was told and asked for him to call head office to find out more detail. Nothing I hate worse then being given the run around. I was leary about prepaying but they assured me this is how it works. I still have not heard back from them. I am rating this one star because of the bogus claim on when I would be receiving my order. Bad service in my opinion.
