We bought one of my boys two new pairs of Jordans for his birthday. After wearing them around the house for a bit to make sure they were comfortable, the velcro stopped holding. It was outside of the return window (because we sized up) and they were not willing to help in any way. It was too bad so sad despite both shoes being in brand new condition (apart from their faulty velcro). Horrible customer service. I have three kids and many sneakers are in our future. They should be able to look at a new pair of shoes and allow us to exchange them. I will upload photos to show the new condition. We won’t be shopping here anymore.

All the staff is kind and very helpful but they have the worst manager ever. I believe that his name was Cole and went in there to exchange my son's shoes where it had an issue with the air. It's been only 2 months and it's so clean where we just want to exchange them. Because I only had the bank statement and no receipt he wouldn't help or go through the transaction.
Love Nike but if he is around, I will not shop there.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. I visited today and had one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. I wasn’t even able to try on shoes without loss prevention taking photos of me (how is this legal), while employees hovered uncomfortably close the entire time. I understand they have a job to do, but there’s no need to single people out or targeted them. Do better!!

What made it worse was that no one else in the store seemed to be treated this way. It felt unfair and extremely uncomfortable.

Overall, the experience was very unwelcoming. The staff’s behavior was disappointing, and I believe there needs to be better training on appropriate loss prevention practices. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. If you want to be treated like a criminal please go to this location. Will be reporting to head office. Unacceptable behaviour.

1/5 – Misleading, dishonest warranty policy. Never buying Nike again!

I bought Nike shoes 6 months ago, and they already have a manufacturing defect. This is exactly the kind of issue Nike claims to cover. Their website clearly states:

“If your Nike shoes or gear develop a material or workmanship fault within two years of the manufacture date on your item's tag, we can help.”

Well — they did NOT help.

When I contacted Nike Canada, I was told that the Nike store at Tsawwassen Mills is supposedly not covered by Nike’s manufacturing warranty because it’s a franchise. According to them, if anything goes wrong, too bad.

This is beyond ridiculous and extremely misleading.

The Tsawwassen Mills Nike store is listed on Nike’s own website as an official Nike store in British Columbia. NOWHERE on the website does Nike mention that purchases from this location have no warranty or that it’s excluded from manufacturer coverage.

So let me get this straight:

Nike advertises a 2-year manufacturing warranty

Nike lists this store as an official Nike location

But if you buy there, Nike suddenly takes zero responsibility

After a long and frustrating conversation, Nike still refused to honor their own written policy. No solution. No accountability. Just excuses.

Be warned: if you buy Nike shoes at Tsawwassen Mills, you may have NO WARRANTY AT ALL, even for obvious manufacturing defects.

Nike just lost a loyal customer who spent a lot of money on their products. After this experience, I will never buy Nike again and will actively warn others to avoid this brand.

Absolutely unacceptable.
