We had a wonderful experience at Nike! Taylor and another team member whose name started with “R” were incredibly helpful while we were shopping for shoes for our toddler son. They patiently helped us find the right size and recommended comfortable, soft running shoes that fit him perfectly.

Both of them were friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we needed. Excellent customer service and a great shopping experience. Thank you both—we really appreciate your help!

ACBENZ (sorry that’s the cashier name on the receipt!) assisted me today and she went above and beyond. She realized I had grabbed the wrong size and went to the back to locate the correct size. She confirmed I was aware of all the pricing and was very attentive and didn’t make me feel rushed despite how busy the store was. She was lovely and made my experience very welcoming.

We bought 2 pairs of shoes end of my and now one of them not clicking witch is factory default, we went to the store and they said you wear it so you are on your own so it doesn't really means nothing if you bought Nike from the store or from Temu same fake policy no customer protection what so ever, we filt we were scammed as of the manager "Erzen" said WE HAVE NOTHING WE CAN DO!!!!!! THANK YOU NIKE CANADA for waisting my money

I walked into the store the other day and was really disappointed with the footwear service. The shelves were extremely empty, and I had a hard time finding my size.
What stood out the most was the lack of customer service. The employees seemed more focused on their own conversations than helping customers. When I asked for a size, I felt like I was bothering them rather than being assisted.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and not what I expected. Better customer service and stock availability would make a big difference.
