My grandson passed on Dec 31/09.
It was a huge shock and a time of extreme sadness. We had no idea how or what to do about a service. We called Valley View and they were fantastic. They helped us arrange everything. The Staff was not only kind and caring,But helped us deal with things we didn't know we needed to deal with.
Myself and my family can't express how thankful we are to Valley View for their sincerity and kindness.

Would not even give this outfit one star for the treatment we have had from them in the past two weeks.

I am writing a formal complaint to the office in this regards.

We were treated with little or no compassion at a time when we needed not only compassion, but comfort. Got neither from most of their staff.
