Just went there this morning to visit my grandparents' grave. The main path leading to thousands of graves was like a skating rink. No salt, no sand, extremely treacherous. Afterwards i went into the office to complain and 2 secretaries couldn't be bothered, they said : "We don't salt paths, 90% of people don't come in winter". So i guess they don't care if the other 10% fall and break bones. How sad and pathetic!
