Owen was a saving grace for me today. Couldn’t get ahold of anybody at state farm, app is down. I was a bit heated up, but he turned me around and got me going the direction I should be mentally, and with my insurance claim. I cant express my appreciation enough.

To the rest of statefarm, shame on you for using AI. Owen gave me everything i needed within minutes, AI failed me for atleast an hour, maybe longer if i didnt call Owen.

I've had state farm for 10yrs, I switch to Pam's office and my monthly bill, which was supposed to be the same, varied by as much as 100 each month. Twice I found out later that a vehicle I had insured with them had no coverage and this also includes my home insurance. I found a new company and switched everything over with no lapse of coverage. I find out a year later that they backdated my cancellation and now it shows I lapsed coverage for 1 week which is now affecting my quotes. Would not recommend!

Having personally dealt with Pam Alfred State Farm, I would highly recommend Pam and her staff for any insurance needs! They are friendly, great listeners, always willing to help, and on top of everything. The clients are well taken care of and the staff does anything they can to help the clients stay stress free and happy! The office has a friendly and welcoming environment that allows you to feel right at home with the staff.
