Imagine coming into a store and being warmly greeted by friendly staff, who rush to meet your needs. Any questions you may have about the products and they are answered with enthusiasm and genuine concern for you as a customer using their products. Now imagine the exact fucking opposite of that and you have an idea of the miserable cast of cunts who work at Sial. Imagine dropping $500 plus dollars and not even getting an acknowledgment of your presence, let alone a thank you.
One shitstain in particular, a man who grew a little pinch on his chin, is one of the worst, or best, at being the singularly the worst hire for someone who works in customer service. When you work with public, isn't it a prerequisite to have some skills at speaking with people? Not with this hump! If he was hired, imagine what the person who hired him is like. Why are they so unprofessional and rude you may be thinking? Yep! They are French fucking Canadians, and they are the not so rare kind that you encounter often when going off the island of Montreal. But don't worry, if you need their products you can always order online at a store in TORONTO, which will sell you the stuff cheaper, without the insane Quebec taxes added on, and even with the shipping, it will be about the same price.

The store has a good selection of products, however, the people that work there are racist French assholes who will sneer at you if you dare speak English. A very unpleasant and unhelpful experience.
