Dr. Jang does the cleanings herself and is very gentle and thorough. She's always on time. Her office is very efficient with filing insurance claims so you don't have to deal with it. They even check with insurance to see what's covered before presenting you with options. Everyone there is pleasant--it actually makes me look forward to going, which I never thought I would say about a dentist!
