I am extremely please with the service (telephone communications/customer service and onsite service) I received today. I had my pellet stove and flue pipe cleaned. The cleaning I received was the best I have ever had done and the price was well worth the service. The guys who did the cleaning were on time, were professional, polite, and knowledgeable.

Good experience and helpful with questions about my stove as a first time wood burning stove owner. I would recommend this business.

The employees are very knowledgeable and assisted us with purchasing a new wood stove for our camper as well as the appropriate piping to go through the roof. They have a great inventory and Superior customer service. Would definitely recommend them.

I am so very happy with Woodshed Stove Shop in canon City, CO.
I called this morning and the office said they would have Roy contact me. Roy did contact me, I informed him I had issues with my gas insert fireplace that I bought over 20 years ago from this same shop. I had not used it for about 5 years as my late wife was on oxygen. The fireplace got dusty, etc. Roy came within an hour of calling me, he thoroughly cleaned the fireplace area, same with the glass, the outside of the fireplace. Now it is working like a beautiful new fireplace. Roy is a kind man and answered all of my questions. Thank you Woodshed and thank you Roy, I am very happy.
Signed,

I purchased a new high-end wood burning fireplace. Extremely pleased with the product; actually exceeded my expectations as it included a thermostat, which I was skeptical about. Service installation and followup was excellent. They did it right, no shortcuts, including inspection and heightening chimney pipe for optimum performance. They also serviced my propane stove and wood burning cook stove while they were there for a reasonable price. Again, no shortcuts, all three-stoves in house now working properly and perfectly. I have since purchased a pellet grill from them and again, extremely satisfied. I have my eye on a couple other things in their store to add to my outdoor kitchen and I look forward to doing future business with the Woodshed Stove Shop. I'd check them out before you commit your time and money elsewhere.
