BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! A horrible experience with roofers that obviously didn't have a clue what they were doing. The new roof they put on my house had so many defects and deficiencies that a CERTIFIED ROOFING INSPECTOR FAILED IT and I HAD TO HAVE IT REPLACED Imagine! A brand new roof replaced - what a hassle, huge amount of stress and a lot of expense. Every step of the way Infinity was non supportive, blaming of others and completely unhelpful and unprofessional. They SUED ME FOR NON-PAYMENT AND LOST IN PROVINCIAL COURT AND HAD TO PAY ME DAMAGES- the whole thing was a gong show - 9 days at court - 2 settlement conferences, 5 full days of trial and 2 payment hearings. Do you really want to deal with a business like this! The owner, Mr Rae was unprepared at best, told b.s. after b.s. story to the judge under oath, failed to show for a summons to court and had a warrant for his arrest issued, then told the judge he had planned to pay all along. Even the judge called him on it saying he'd sent the cheque after receiving the summons. I filed a complaint with BBB and he responded so full of bs and lies that I left it to concentrate on preparing for trial - so it isn't resolved on BBB file and all his lies are still posted there. He still has a A+ rating with BBB - absolutely ridiculous. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Infinity is how long it takes them to install a roof properly!
