Jay was incredibly helpful with a potential leak from our roof. He came the next day on short notice to look at the problem with his team, and explained every step of diagnosing the potential issue. A quick fix was done to see if it can solve the leak.

While he was here, his team also helped with other problems that they came across with the roof that I hadn't even brought up (see pictures for before and after). This is truly indicative of a business that cares about its customers and about doing things right, rather than focusing on profit margins and maximizing the number of jobs they can squeeze in a day.

Thanks Jay and team for the help, and will definitely go with them again in the future if/when the roof needs replacing.

Jay and team were great. Just got my roof done by them. I had many questions about the work being done about material etc and Jay took the time to answer all my questions.
The team was very professional were on time and did an amazing job. Some Pictures added. I would strongly recommend them.

I had some roof damage after a recent windstorm and phoned Jay at Canada Standard Roofing after seeing his positive reviews.

Not only was he helpful on the phone, he showed in within an hour, checked the damage, and was able to repair everything right away for a very reasonable rate. Same day. On top of that, as a courtesy he reenforced a couple of shingles that were in danger of lifting in future.

Jay and his team made a new client today. I would definitely recommend Canada Standard Roof to anyone.

Jay and his team are pro's and did great work on what was a fairly complex cedar + flat roof job. Jay was responsive to questions and provided a detailed outline of the expected work and pricing. He came in on budget and on time, the price was fair and the work was top notch. I have recommended Jay and his team to friends and will continue to do so.

The work he did for us included:

ice and water protection
galvanized metal air vent
metal flashing
metal drip edge
w-valley flashing
flat roof materials

Jay and his team did an emergency repair for a family member, then replaced that roof soon after. They did a great job, so we had them give us a quote for a replacement roof - it was a very good price. I asked about some additional options and we discussed them - Jay did not try to sell anything we did not actually need.
They came when they planned, and finished the job in one day as promised. They even did a small job for a neighbour on the same day. Another great job by a really lovely crew. It was a delight to have them working on our home. We can recommend them without any hesitation.
