BEWARE!

worst customer service in the industry.
I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone,

with Dita you will get no where, she even lectured my sister after a collision, which the police report said was not at fault. and dared to tell her she wouldn't get insured elsewhere. I don't care if the person is at fault or not, after a collision, the insurance agency should be supportive and help file the damn claim. you don't need to lecture the person and make them feel like its all their fault and tell them they will not get insured by anyone else.

How Dare you, you should be ashamed of yourselves. My family and I are moving all our policies elsewhere. (which by the way, are willing to insure my sister, for a cheaper price than this ignorant agency)

Unfortunately, the minimum number of stars is 1 because I would have given ZERO star to this insurance agent if possible.

They are definitely the WORST Desjardins insurance agent that I could have found to do my auto insurance. I highly recommend to pick another agent or move away from them. They provided me a quote without asking some important insurance risk questions. Price was good! I ended up going with them. 3 days later I got a letter from Desjardins reviewing my premium as some info had been omitted. They also added winter tires to my policy without asking me to give me a better quote. It could have caused me a BIG issue during the winter.

I've tried to contact them and no reply. STAY AWAY or you will regret as happened with me.
