Dear Sir,

I recently purchased (Oct 08/09) paint to complete a kitchen project. The sales person recommended "pure performance" a latex/acrylic, I selected the colors I wanted - a pale yellow and "pea soup" green - and the clerk mixed the paint for me.

Sad to say I was VERY disappointed in the product, I was covering a flat latex (ecru color) with your higher quality brand and it certainly didn't live up to my expectations or the clerk's praise.

Following the directions I primed the areas. I put the initial coat on the walls and after it dried repeated the process. The paint DID NOT cover the walls so I repeated the process again and again.

I live on a fixed income and although the approximate $60.00 I spent on your product doesn't sound like a lot - it was a BIG waste to me.
