My experience today was awful. Staff should be more patient with their customers specially when they are dealing with different nationalities. I was declined of their service just because I misunderstood the staffs' question and i was told "to be honest when shes asking me a question". Why would i lie in the 1st place?and the staff said that i was arguing when i was explaining to her that i wasnt lying. If there is CCTV inside the store then it can prove my claim on how she dealt with me. Money mart is losing business because of how staffs are towards customers.

I would like to say thank you to Michelle the store manager she is very professional with her job . Michelle took the time to explain every thing to me about the loan and let me think about my decision with no pressure .
