When she realized that I had a visual impairment, she was even more helpful and accommodating.
I had recently undergone eye surgery and was still recuperating, do it was difficult to clearly see even the pen at the window.

And when I made a series of errors in the receiver's name, largely due to my eye problem, she patiently helped me make the corrections. I was so confident in her diligence and promptness, that I actually had a taxi wait for me for the return trip home, while I was in the store to resolve these errors.

She checked to see that I was satisfied, and welcomed me sincerely and with a willingness to help. She made me feel that I was at the right place, and in good hands. She has excellent customer service skills, in my opinion.
