Do not go here. The worst packing and customer service. The manager packed, and I paid more for fragile packing, and shipped my $700 EBay sale light fixture. It arrived broken. The buyer was so upset as it was a bidding war. She wrote how bad it was packaged. This was not a big deal to pack. I called and was yelled down by the manger that it was my fault because I didn’t declare the value??! I was never asked to declare anything! So this let them be unaccountable for bad packing and my loss!! He didn’t want to deal with my upset or the claim so he told me to ‘deal with it online’ and simply hung up on me. Insult to injury. They’ve lost a $$$ customer and I hope he looks at how much I spent there in the past few month. I will never go in there again.
