I had an insurance check I had to send to my mortgage company for endorsement. I sent it 2 day guaranteed delivery along with a prepaid return envelope for them to return it 2 day guaranteed. It took 4 days to get to my mortgage company and my mortgage company lost the return envelope. I asked for a refund for the total amount for both shipments. The refund request got lost in UPS's system. However Nicole the owner of our CP UPS store got personally involved and provided excellent customer service. We have exclusively this store for our previous shipping needs and will continue to use this store and support this store in the future. I appreciated Nicole's perseverance and energy to address my situation and getting a complete refund.

Terrible service by the lady who is usually at this store. She is always in a rush and very pushy even when there is really no other customer in the store. Has a hard time answering questions as she is least interested. There was one time when we forgot to tape the box and she made it a point to let us know that they will charge for tape. It was a 4x6 tiny box that needed one tape on the top. Just bad behavior in general and will avoid this store going forward.

Just a heads up .This is the third time I’ve had an issue with the owner Nicole.
The first time she told me there wasn’t a notary working to help me.I went back the next day asked her for a notary and she said she could do it? Went in again and to have another legal document notarized and it was like it was a bother for her .. just went in again and she told me to come back later for the notary . I asked her why she couldn’t do it? She said there had to be two people working? I’ve had things notarized with one person working , her .Sad a small business franchise owner in Castle pines doesn’t want the business..stupid really! Will never go back . In fact I’ll drive 30 min away not to have to see the sourpuss .

I had a great experience at this UPS Store in February 2026 thanks to Jay’s outstanding customer service. I needed help using the copier, and he was incredibly patient and kind throughout the whole process. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step and made sure I was fully taken care of before I left.

It’s not often you come across someone so genuinely helpful and attentive. Jay made what could have been a frustrating task quick and easy, and I really appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude.

Have been to this location twice in the last week, once for Amazon returns and once to mail a large box. Ethan and Clay helped me on the first visit and Ethan on the second. Until recently, I used to dread coming to this location because staff were unfriendly and acted like you were imposing on them. The current staff are exceptionally helpful and exemplify customer service. I hope the owner will do whatever they can to retain these current amazing staff!
