Placed a pickup order for 6 beef tacos. My order got marked as "Ready for Pickup". I get in my car and drive to this store. There are no food orders in the pickup area. It takes them 10 minutes to even acknowledge me. They then tell me that my order isn't ready, and that they are out of beef and it will be a 30 minute wait. WHY WOULD YOU MARK MY ORDER AS READY IF IT DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO BECOME READY? I cancelled my order and never returning.

Absolutely love this location! 💯 I come here pretty frequently for late-night meals, and I’ve consistently had a great experience.
I especially want to give a shoutout to the manager. This guy is an absolute beast, and they’re lucky to have him. I’ve been here enough times to notice that even when the crew seems stressed or frustrated, he’s always upbeat, outgoing, and genuinely friendly. He leads by example and always seems to keep things moving while treating customers with respect.
To that manager: thank you. 💯 You deserve all the recognition coming your way, brotha. Thanks for making something as simple as a late-night Taco Bell run enjoyable every time. Keep doing what you’re doing!

They never get anything right. I got my food home none of my tacos were supreme, there was hair in one of them and another in my taco pizza plus there was plastic in one of
My tacos . I can't even call and complain because they have their phone off. I swear they need a whole new crew because they don't know what they are doing in there. It's always this restaurant messing everything up.

The food was ok. The big problem was that they are super understaffed. Fast food is in such a mess right now. I preordered my meal and I’ve still had about 30 mins to decide to write this and the write it. I stood at the counter for at least ten minutes until I was seen.
