I've dealt with company for years with always good results until recently. I don't know what happened but they are impossible to contact by phone or fax. I will have to take my business elsewhere.

We have dealt with this company for years and have received very good service. Since the past manager has moved on the service has been beyond bad. The lady who is responsible for all communications is absolutely rude and does not understand how to deal with customers. It is truly disappointing how a company can go from repeatable good service to horrible just because of staff. I do not recommend this company. You will have warranty nightmares!
