My wife and I decided to give our local taco bell another chance today after working 10 hours. I have to say we will never go back. I've never been more disappointed with a meal. We ordered inside at the kiosk while a few people were waiting in line. We got a few potato tacos and a fry for each of us, along with a burrito. We waited patiently for about 10 minutes witch is not a problem because I rather the food be fresh anyways but as soon as I return back to the table to eat with my wife and I take my first bite of my potato taco i realize it's ice cold. I ate the taco and complained to my wife that it was cold but I haven't eaten all day so I just felt with it. Then I decided to have a fry and it was also cold. As I began to become frustrated with a tray of cold food I thought to my self "let's try the burrito at least" I did add jalapenos to the burrito but unsurprising it to was cold. I don't tend to leave negative reviews but I've had enough of wasting my money on this garbage of a fast food restaurant. 33 dollars, 33 dollars refunded withing 5 minutes of getting out tray. Myself personally, not that it matters too much but we will never come back to this taco bell. I do not recommend coming to this restaurant either.

The service is always terrible; none of the employees seem to care about customer service. You ask them something and they don't know the answer, they take forever to serve you, and the place is always filthy. The food is sometimes good, but often it's not, and they often forget to include something in your order.

Ordered online and someone else picked it up so i can’t speak for anything else but the food, but I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito and it not only didn’t have steak but ts looked like it’s been abused by it’s father for years bruh. The other food i ordered was aight tho

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Ordered a black bean nachos bell grande, and they even confirmed no beef, just black beans. Got home and started eating—they literally tried to hide the beef beneath the black beans! I ate beef for the first time in years because they were too lazy to just make another. I don’t know if you know this, but if you’ve done years without eating beef and then suddenly just start eating it again, it can make you really sick!
