Whoever they have working here are incompetent. I typically visit this Taco Bell because of the customer service but today was just not it. Absolutely disappointing!!! I ordered the nacho fries and I asked for a little extra seasoning. These fries were not even edible. They were extremely over-seasoned, and covered in so much seasoning that you could barely taste anything else. For the price you pay, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, this was a waste of money straight into the garbage.

Very disappointed with this experience. 😒

I only come to this Taco Bell because of Denisha! She is a shining star. It could be 5pm or 2am and you can still hear the smile in her voice when you approach the drive thru speaker. She is patient and kind. The team that supports her always gets my order right and my food is always hot (unlike the Taco Bell on Narcoossee Rd which is closer to my house, but FAR from better) I go out of my way when I’m craving Taco Bell to come to this location because I know I’ll be taken care of properly. Thank you Denisha and team! I value your hard work and great customer service! “Be Blessed. Stay Blessed”

Idk who you got working Saturday December 20th 2025 at 10:30 at night. But I just got the best looking food I ever seen from a Taco Bell in my life. All packaged nicely in a cardboard box instead of those cheap brown bags that rip the second you grab it. Y’all I’ve never praised a Taco Bell more in my life than right now. This experience for a fast food chain like them is peak right now. (I swear I’m not drunk or high just never seen a Taco Bell like this one give them employees working tonight a instant raise)

I ordered through DoorDash and I got trash food. It all came squished, wrong ingredients, poor quality and just overall mess. If yall don’t wanna work then just quit instead of working at a fast food restaurant. Horrible service.

Order through DoorDash and got a completely different Burrito than what I had customize and added into it. I got a beef burrito instead of steak. I added guacamole it got no guacamole. I took certain things out, which are not hard to take out. And I had to pay extra for the add-ins this is honestly so disappointing and a waste of money!
