Went to wicks today 26th July being a woman didn’t have a clue wanting to get stuff for a cement base for the garden this really lovely guy that works there really gutted I didn’t get his name was absolutely great couldn’t have asked for a better service this young guy gave I told him what I wanted to do and what the end product would be and he advise me what would be better even worked out how much I’d need, he loaded it all onto the barrow and pushed it to check out even pushed it to my daughters car and loaded it in for us all while chatting nicely with us about his little girl as my grandkids were getting in the car such a lovely guy he is a credit to your company couldn’t have asked for better service.

Went for a kitchen design appointment with Michael Girscher, my wife told him what we wanted in the kitchen which was pretty much ignored so the design was finalised with things we didn’t want and things we did want excluded. We went elsewhere and had a much better experience so wanted to cancel with Wickes kitchen. He almost demanded an explanation because we ‘sat down with him’, I stated we found a better kitchen and a better design to which his reply was well we can alter it but we weren’t looking to negotiate just cancel. Fact being it wouldn’t need altering if we were listened to in the first place. The explanation I gave was sufficient enough to cancel but his attitude didn’t reflect that. He was too pushy at the design meeting also. Partly our fault, we have neighbours who had the same experience with him so shouldn’t have expected much else.

Very good service, very much appreciated. The member of staff that helped us was great. Didn't catch his name, but he looked like David Brent from The Office.

Poor layout - long to park and get materials long thin layout verses other branches. Often double time verses folkestone and other branches with easy pop in and out. Car park shared with supermarket so not easy to park and often have to carry stuff far to car.
