Every time I order from here they get something wrong. I’m not one to complain! But I ordered tonight and my food was fries
And a black bean Crunchwrap bc I’m vegetarian. Not only did they for the actual FRIES, literally just got the cheese sauce. But my Crunchwrap was customized and my sauce add ins were there but it was meat and not bean. I’m only so mad bc now I literally have nothing to eat! We called and the girl who answered just told me to contact door dash. I didn’t order through door dash! These workers don’t know what they’re doing DONT order from here. Also Taco Bell customer service isn’t any help either. They don’t care at all.

Wouldn't give me a refill for my soda after finishing it from waiting for my food for so long. If you to go to any fast food restaurant anywhere else you get refills on sodas. But the girl said "we dont do that here" and slammed the door on my face.

Great combo deals!! Food was fresh, store was clean and bright. The staff was hard at work and the service was good. The bathrooms were clean also.

If i could give zero stars i would! This is the worst tacobell ever in my life I've ever had experience with. Every time we try to give them a chance they FAIL. Everytime we order online the most simplest meal they still can't seem to comprehend the order. I always like to order 3 crunchy taco supreme instead of beef replace with chicken for some reason they cant comprehend it's still supreme keep the tomatoes and sour cream or they decide they can't figure it out and just put cheese on the supreme taco no lettuce sour cream tomatoes. I guess they can't follow simple directions. Everytime I order the nachos supreme I replace the beef with chicken but again simple directions can't be followed and they put beef. Maybe they can't read maybe this job is too difficult for them to follow directions Im not sure. Its such a waste of money to go here this location has gone down hill.

I recently visited Taco Bell and was pretty disappointed with my experience. During my visit, I observed the manager counting money while wearing gloves, and then, without changing them, he proceeded to prepare food. This is a major hygiene concern. When I got my order, my crunchy tacos, which were supposed to be supreme, were missing the tomatoes. To make matters worse, the tacos were stuck to the wrapper, causing them to fall apart as soon as I tried to eat them. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and hygiene was really concerning.
